The activities that are permitted and prohibited when using Finzeco’s services and APIs.
Purpose
This policy protects our users, partners and the integrity of the financial and commerce ecosystem operated by Finzeco.
Prohibited activities
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any transaction that breaches AML/KYC laws.
- Selling illegal, counterfeit, restricted or unsafe goods, including products that misrepresent health or wellness claims.
- Reverse-engineering, overloading, scraping or attempting to breach the security of our APIs or platforms.
- Uploading malware, or using the services to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Misusing AI-assisted features to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content or actions.
API & platform fair use
Access to APIs is subject to rate limits, security requirements and integration guidelines. We may throttle, suspend or revoke access to protect the Platform.
Consequences
Violations may result in transaction holds, account suspension or termination, forfeiture where permitted, and referral to law-enforcement or regulators.
