How Finzeco (Flipnbuy Private Limited) collects, uses, protects and shares your information across our fintech and e-commerce services.
Who we are
Finzeco is the operating brand of Flipnbuy Private Limited. Under a single corporate umbrella, Finzeco brings together fintech and digital-payment services, IT and custom software development, e-commerce with a focus on wellness and women-centric retail, and travel & booking services — an integrated fintech + commerce ecosystem.
This Privacy Policy applies to all websites, mobile applications, portals and APIs operated by Flipnbuy Private Limited under the Finzeco brand (the “Platform”).
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the Platform:
- Identity & contact data — name, email, phone, address, business details, and KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, GST) where a service requires verification.
- Transaction data — payment, payout, settlement and order metadata needed to operate fintech and commerce services.
- Commerce data — products viewed or purchased, wishlists, delivery addresses and preferences on our e-commerce and wellness storefronts.
- Technical data — device, browser, IP address, cookies and usage analytics.
How we use information
- To provide, operate and improve payments, banking, software, e-commerce, wellness and travel services.
- To verify identity and comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including KYC/AML requirements.
- To process orders, disbursements, refunds and settlements, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: regulated banking, payment and NPCI partners to execute transactions; logistics, fulfilment and travel partners to deliver orders and bookings; verification and technology sub-processors under contract; and authorities where required by law.
Data retention & security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. Security measures are described in our Data Protection & Security Policy.
Your rights
